Pregnenolone and aromatase blocker uses?

Specific & limited: Pregnenolone is an adrenal hormone made from cholesterol, and is the pre-cursor for sex-steroid hormones. It is said to 'improve mood, ' but no strong data support. To my knowledge there is no role for it's use as a supplement. Aromatase inhibitors are for treatment of some breast cancers; they're also used off-label for ovulation induction in women. No other appropriate uses to my knowledge.
