It not bad easily: Easilycontrolled with oral meds nothing like the nerve pain inyour arm your living with if you don't have arm pain proceed with caution.

Not bad: Typically, the post-operative pain following an acdf is not bad. You may have some discomfort between the shoulders and a sore throat. Typically, most patients do well. Check out spine-health.Com.
