Safety Anticipation: I have found that by anticipating your child's normal development steps and then predicting what they may be doing in 6 months will allow us to stay " ahead " of them. In other words institute protection 6 months from where we are now!

Vigilant parents: There are a lot of products for "baby proofing" the house. Some, like stairs guards, are important in certain situations, but common sense and vigilant parents are the most important.
