What is the pros and cons for a needle aponerotomy operation for dupuytrens?

Quick but can recur: Needle aponuerotomy is an office based procedure, done under local anesthetic, used to straighten fingers contracted by dupuytren's disease. The diseased cord is cut in several places and the finger is straightened. Unfortunately, the chances of recurrence are high. Dupuytren's is a genetic condition and is never cured. Talk to a hand surgeon for operative & non-operative treatments(injections).
