A member asked:

Can you get carple tunnel in your feet, such as from too much hiking or running?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: It is called tarsal tunnel syndrome, (tts). Inflammation of the structures in the tarsal tunnel can cause compression of the nerve located in the tunnel causing pain that radiates into the bottom of the foot. Usually not treated with surgery. Shoe gear, arch supports and orthotics can help.
