Absolutely Not!: All types of cancers no matter the type are a result of errors and damage to dna within the cells. This damage can transform cells so that they loose the ability to stop dividing and continue to grow and take over the area. There is no way to catch cancer from another person. However, certain cancers do have a genetic predisposition which may put family members at risk of developing cancers.
