Carpal tunnel or uln: You are probably having some compression of the nerves in your wrist (carpal tunnel) or in your elbow area (ulnar neuropathy) from the excessive use of your fingers/hands and bending of your elbows. If it causes bothersome symptoms, stop it. Consult your doc before it gets too severe. Good luck.
