It is common an OK: Spotting after sex from the engorged pregnant cervix is common. However cervical dilatation and other causes should be ruled out. Probably not wise to assume it is ok, especially symptoms persist or worse.

Yes: Spotting is usually ok after intercourse while pregnant . Pay attention to frequncay and the ammount. It happend due to irritation of the tissue whch is usally more prone to bleeding during pregancy due to change in hormonal state.
