Throughout the four days after i had my first intercourse i was spotting, then the 4th day started bleeding, what does this mean?

Depends...: ...on where you are on your cycle. If you were due for a period, then I wouldn't worry. It also could be a side effect of your contraceptive method. There are many other possibilities for this bleeding. Pregnancy would not cause abnormal bleeding 4 days after conception, but infection theoretically could.
