No: Every blood donor undergoes screening blood tests for hepatitis b & c and hiv. If tests positive, blood donaton is not allowed.

Depends on cause : Hepatitis has many causes. With viral hepatitis the answer would be no. If all viral causes excluded and fatty liver was the cause there is no logical reason why you couldn't donate. I suspect the donation center would probably reject you so as to practice a "cya" philosophy….
