A member asked:

Is there some connection between coagulopathy and miscarriages?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypercoagulable : Women who have increased blood clotting, hypercoagulable state, tend to have intra-uterine fetal death. One example being the presence of anti-phospholipid antibodies (erroneously named lupus anticoagulant) that promote clotting in blood vessels and are associated with intra-uterine fetal death.
