Most cause symptoms: Most cancers cause symptoms. However, some cancers predispose you to developing blood clots. Blood clots, specifically pulmonary embolism, can be a silent, nearly instantaenous cause for death in a very small percentage of patients with cancer.

Symptoms of cancer: At the early stage of cancer, lots of them don't have symptoms. However, when cancer progress, symptoms are going to develop eventually. Cancer rarely kill you without any prior symptoms.
