It depends: It all depends on pain, and the amount of bleeding. Many women miscarry on their own without any problems if it is very early in the pregancy. If your bleeding is more than one pad per hour, if you are dizzy, or you are passing significant clots- then go to the emergency room- otherwise call your OB doc or primary doc to be seen this week.
