What things would you recommend to avoid catching something bad when in the ER waiting room?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Heidi Fowler
24 years experience in Psychiatry
See below: Washing hands well. Not sitting next to the person who is sneezing & coughing. People who are having problems with coughing during flu season are usually asked to don a mask while in the waiting room - which should help some.
