What is the easiest way to put on contact lenses?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Patience: The trick is to not blink to fast and this requires will power to overcome this normal reflex. The lens is properly wetted, put on the forefinger and either placed directly on the opened eye or slid under the upper lid. Then you have to hold the eye open for 1-2 seconds while the lens spontaneously centers itself. Ask for help from a friend who is expert on this already.
