Why is my eye bloodshot and can i fix it before lunch?

Red eye: Sounds like subconjunctival hemorrhage. Bening. See picture. Dramatic , but bening. Blood vessel rupture due to sneeze, push up, screaming, holding breath etc. Won't be fixed by morning. If in doubt , see optometry or ophthalmology.
