Not processed!: There is no guarantee of getting a flat stomach. I would stay away from processed foods. Look at what, when and how you eat. The fda guidelines are quite good. If you're looking at losing more than a few pounds, i would do this in a medically supervised program. Dr. David kessler's books about foods are excellent.

Exercise: No specific food will give you a flat stomach. A healthy low fat diet with plenty of exercise will, though.
