Depends :-): It could be a complement due to your ability to anticipate the future. Far more likely, you can it means you see things at a distance better than you can see things at close range. Ieither your eyeball is too short and the focal point for light lands behind your retina, or the lens in your eye lacks focusing power. Under 40, may self correct. May be symptomless. It is treatable with corrective.
