Ovarian aging IVF: You were born with all the eggs you will have. Each month, a number start out and only 1 ovulates. As you get older, the number and quality of the eggs continues to decline and the chance of getting pregnant, even with ivf decreases. The chance of success is low and would be better with an egg donor.
