How do you go in for testing your sperm count?

Speak with your Dr: You should ask your primary physician to set you up with a urologist or call your urologist. This is routine practice for urology and they will give you the specific instructions. Generally you can collect your semen at home or an office setting. You just need to get it to the lab within an hour of collection.

Dr's order: Your regular dr or urologist can order the test (semen analysis). You go to the lab (/collection center), produce a sample, and turn it over to lab technician who begins processing / evaluation of it. Report sent back to ordering dr, who will review it with you.
