Not long: True "heart cancer" is very rare. It is also called myocardial sarcoma. If it can be removed completely, it can be cured. However, it's often not possible to remove it, and in most cases it has already spread. It that's the case, it usually grows quickly. Chemotherapy is not helpful. Most people die within 6 months. I'm sorry to give you such bad news, but it's only fair for you to know.
