A member asked:

Does anyone know about getting injections to help thoracic outlet syndrome?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

TOS: Injections of local anesthetics are of diagnostic value, such as a scalene block, or pectoralis minor block, and can localize the source of the problem and assist in making surgical vrs conservative decisions. Long term success from injections in tos have been quite disappointing, and usually lack persistent benefit.
