Need to check: There are many causes of nipple discharge. It may be due to hormonal changes. But especially in men (and also women) a lesion within a duct can be present which may be benign or malignant. You definitely need to check with your health care prodider and most likey you will be sent to see a breast care specialist unless they find a hormonal abnormality for which an endocrinologist may be consulted.
