Oral rehydration sal: Oral rehydration salts are simple formula to to counter water loss in conditions as gastroenteritis, heat exhaustion, cholera etc. There are several variations. A simple home made one table spoon ful of salt with two table spoonfuls of sugar. Mix in 500 cc of water.
