Slow growth is good: One day at a time works best. If you wean off very gently, and use mutual support, you may find that recovery is possible. Consider attending a meeting of nicotine anonymous.

Need to stop both: Great recommendations from Dr. Roth. It is important to work yourself off the patch and the hookah.
