Sorry to hear...: Unfortunately pilar or trichilemmal cysts can occur on the penis and cause considerable alarm and anxiety. It can be an inherited condition, and tends to present after puberty. The good news is they are almost always benign, and can be removed if they are overly large or ulcerate.
