A member asked:

How much hydrocodone can a person have in one day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: With long term exposure to the drug, a person develops a tolerance to the drug effects. This means that to get the same effect, the person must take more medication once tolerance begins. In persons with no tolerance, 2 pills might be too much. In a tolerant individual, 8 pills may not be enough. I no recommend taking more than 8 pills per day at max.
