Very low: While they use a fluoroscope to guide injection the exposure of areas other than the target tissue exposure of other tissues are negligible.

Great Question: Depends on type of c-arm used and whether or not physician/x-ray tech continuously steps of pedal or presses button or is more cautious. I use a setting called low-dose pulse and often the exposure is less than 1/100 of a chest x-ray.
