Maybe temporarily: But i would suggest that you see a dermatologist to determine the cause of your hypopigmentation. There are multiple metabolic and immunologic etiologies which can cause hypopigmentation and it may be in your best interest to get to the root cause rather than merely covering it up cosmetically.

Tanning: Self tanners and spray tans are safe for the skin. A tanning bed and uv light will trigger the tanning process which is the bodies way of trying to protect its self. Uv rays cause skin cancer and premature aging of the skin and should be avoided. Hypopigmentation will usually not be helped by tanning while it is covered with spray tanners.
