Inflammation : This drop is used for inflammation pain and swelling. There are many variants of this drop which are in use today most commonly after cataract surgery.

Voltaren (diclofenac) eye drops: People that can not afford the good eye drops. I never use voltaren (diclofenac) unless someone can not afford the better alternatives (bromday, nevanac, ketorolac, etc).
