Probably: People commonly take nsaids concurrently with ssri and snri medications. There is an increased GI bleeding risk with chronic use of both nsaids and ssri/snris, so check with your doctor, who will discuss risks/benefits with you (after considering other risk factors based on your medical history).

Cymbalta (duloxetine): Risk of GI bleeding is dose-dependent & may occur if you have disease of the GI tract to begin with. Combination is safe as long as Cymbalta (duloxetine) dose is tolerated & voltaren is taken prn (as needed).
