Depends on…: Depth, diameter, & severity of the ulcer & whether you have any conditions that may prolong healing (e.g. Diabetes) or are taking any meds that suppress the immune system (systemic corticosteroids, immuno-suppressants for rheumatoid arthritis or other auto-immune diseases. Zymar is a fluoro-quinolone antibiotic like cipro (ciprofloxacin). Your doc can best give time frame for healing based on above factors.
