Unlikely: Endometriosis is an infiltrative disease, meaning it can grow and spread nearby other surfaces. However it is extremely unlikely that it travels so close to a nerve that it causes a problem. Certainly that is possible it is just very rare. It is more likely to involve the col, on or bladder than nerves.

Not damage but pain: Endo has been well documented on the sciatic nerve and also the obturator nerve. This causes intense, sharp electric shock type pain in the area the nerve goes - the sciatic down the back of the leg, and the obturator typically behind the knee. Once the endo is surgically excised, usually the pain is immediately resolved and there is usually not any permanent nerve damage.
