Probably: It is common and expected that you will have bleeding for even several weeks after delivery. This bleeding is called lochia and is usually red at first, gradually becoming pinker and lighter. So me week after delivery with more activity i would spect some bleeding. But if it stays or gets redder, or if you have pain, discharge or fever, it could be retained placenta or infection. Pay attention.
