Severe pain in the middle, left and right side of the stomach it has been 1 year.i did all tests & drs say its due to acidity and stress.wat it couldb?

Gastritis: It sounds like gastritis or gastric reflux. You could have an ulcer, though surely you have been tested for this. Take your ppi such as Prilosec or a similar agent.

Probiotic.: You could try a high dose probiotic, especially if you have a history of recurrent antibiotic therapy in your past. The probiotic should contain 15-20 billion units. Start with one daily. If it does not cuse cramping increase to 2 a day and use for 8 weeks.
