More info needed: Which one are you talking about ? The bypass or the stents? Which was done first? How many grafts? Which type? Vien vs arterial grafts? Are you a diabetic, do smoke? Are the stents drug eluting or bare metal? So you see too much of your information is missing to make an intelligent assessment.

Depents: Trying to predict how long a stent or bypass surgery will last is pretty much impossible. It is dependent on so many things including genetics the type of stent may make a difference. What type of bypasses were done (arterial? Vein?) also can be important as well as the quality of the vessels. Also how completely have you changed your lifestyle?
