Can be: After a miscarriage/d&c, it can be common for your period to be different in bleeding pattern. Often periods are of a different length (shorter or longer), with more or less bleeding. It is hard to predict after being pregnant and losing the pregnancy what the body will do in healing. A brown discharge can be "old blood".But if it continues or you have other symptoms, especially pain/fever, be seen.
