No.: The morning after pill only prevents impantation of any possible fertilized eggs; it has nothing to do with any other effects and cannot be blamed for future pregnancy birth defects. 2-4% of all pregnancies will have a major or minor birth defect - don't let your possible second thoughts after using the Plan B method trap your mind in guilt trips. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg/day to prevent birth defect.
