No: Neutropenia does not lead to raynaud's disease. There are conditions such as lupus erythematosus in which both exist but there is no cause and effect.

Raynauds is an auto-: Immune disorder whose pathogenesis involves dysfunction within the adaptive compartment of the immune system. Neutrophils are a component of the innate immune system and is not related to raynaud's phenomenon.
