A member asked:

Is presbycusis full or partial deafness?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neither: Presbycusis is age related hearing loss, just that. It refers to the cause of the loss rather than the degree. This kind of hearing loss affects high frequency hearing and affects most of us by age 75.
