Unclear.: Marijuana use has not been conclusively linked to adverse fetal/neonatal outcomes, however it remains illegal throughout most of the world and can cause maternal depression/psychosis with dire sequelae. It should not be used as antiemetic - other fda approved medications are safer and effective.
