Yes, at least OK: There are several medications that help reduce or supress tics. Each has its own side effect profile that might affect its score as "great" aside from how well tics are managed. There are also various behavioral strategies and cognitive/behavioral therapy techniques that help some people. Simply granting permission at certain times to tic as much as desired can reduce tics at other times.
