What's the main difference between cellufresh and systane?

Eye drops: Cellufresh is an isotonic formulation and contains carboxymethylcellulose sodium 5 mg/ml, sodium chloride, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, Calcium Chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride and purified water. Systane contains propylene glycol 0.6% and is really a lubricant.
