Can you fix low vision with corrective lenses?

Somewhat: High power reading glasses and magnifiers are used in low vision and can greatly improve vision in some people.

Relative Fix: By definition, low-vision cannot be fully remediated with glasses, but a painstaking free-lens refraction corrects the refractive error. Magnifiers, telescopes, cctv devices, non-optical aids and reading substitution then can enhance the optimized image. Find a low-vision rehabilitation specialist, and work to find the best solutions for your activities of daily living.
