Lower carbon dioxide: When you hyperventilate, your carbon dioxide level will decrease. That can cause you to get dizzy or lightheaded. Also, it can cause brief decreases in the calcium level of the blood, which can cause tingling in some areas.

Low CO2: this will lower the amount of CO2 in your blood and lower the ph of it as well

Increases body's pH: Hyperventilation increases your body's pH which makes the blood more alkaline. As a result, the cells get less oxygen. Hope it helps.
