Is there a way to find out your visual acuity with an app or website?

Vision screening: A rough acuity can be gained from any number of apps/sites - search for vision/eye exam and follow the instructions. If you are wondering about reading glasses - go to a place that sells them and they usually have a chart you can read with different readers on. None of this is as good as good eye exam.
