If used properly: There is no anti-fungal cream that I am aware of that is formulated to be safe around the eyes. Most antifungal creams, however, could be safely used around the eyelids if you use them very sparingly, rubbing the cream into the skin and avoiding rubbing the eyes or sweating such that the cream comes in contact with the eye surface. If it does get in the eyes, you'll want to flush it out well.
