Help with depression: Yes -- first thing i would suggest is to increase exercise, daily. Effects of this have been shown to equal that of antidepressants. Also make sure your diet is rich in whole foods, eliminating preservative-laden processed foods as much as you can. Also, involve yourself in activities that are meaningful to you. If these do not seem to help, then consult with your doctor and/or a therapist.

Some: Like exercise and regular sleep and meals. Having sunlight exposure, especially in the winter months. Regular checkup with family doctor for any physical problems. Most importantly, get professional help when depression becomes severe.
