Common: When you sit up fast, there is a tendency for the blood to pool and a drop in the perfusion of the eye and brain. This can temporarily blur the vision and also can cause a bit of dizziness and lightheadedness. Mostly this is benign but could be a symptom of cardiac issues, low blood count and a few other issues. Check with your regular doctor if this is a big problem.
