Why do i have red splotches on my chest they are not bumps and do not itch ?

Chest rash: Without seeing the splotches one cannot give a correct diagnosois. The splotches could be a yeast or fungal infection. The lesions could be dry skin. The lesions could be an allergic reaction. See your local dermatologist for the correct diagnosis.

Don't know: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
